Toyeeb Lawal, a Registration Authority Agent at CNWL, is gearing up to take on the Big Half this Sunday to support the CNWL NHS Health Charity.

Below he shares his motivations for taking on the 13.1 mile run, highlighting both personal and community-driven reasons.

“I’m running the Big Half Marathon to push myself and represent CNWL, where I work alongside an amazing team dedicated to delivering quality care every day."

"Convincing my bed-loving self to trade Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and the many other streaming services for running shoes was a marathon in itself! This run is a personal goal but it’s also a mission to make a tangible difference in healthcare, right here in the community."

"The charity is committed to improving patient experiences, supporting staff wellbeing, and making a real difference in our community.”
