Are you preparing for university and concerned how your mental health will be supported?
We're offering “Preparing for University” courses for young adults aged 16-25 who want to learn how to manage their mental health using university resources. You'll also gain practical tips for handling your daily routine, building peer relationships, and meeting academic deadlines.
The course will be two hours long, including breaks with an option for a 1:1 session with the co-facilitators to further personalise your experience.
When and where?
The sessions will take place every Wednesday in September at 1pm.
