Today is International Nurses’ Day and so many of our services are marking the day locally and online.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has also made 2020 the International Year of the Nurse and Midwife, to celebrate 200 years of nursing. This year the whole of society has looked up to nurses and applauded their dedication, commitment, professionalism and compassion.
