The long-established CNWL Occupational Health Service team has many years of experience and extensive training in occupational health.
We have access to NHS clinicians and specialists across CNWL to receive professional advice and clinical support where necessary
Pam Duke is the accountable officer for all OH service delivery, contract performance and service development, providing support and supervision to the OH team, occasionally undertaking clinical and advisory work . Following a career in coronary care nursing, Pam qualified as an occupational health nurse and has worked in the service for over 32 years.
Pam has led the team in the successful acquisition of new contracts. She is frequently called upon by the Trust to contribute at a strategic level to work on a range of issues. She a member of the People and Organizational Development Directorate, Senior Management Team, Chairperson of the Trust’s Health and Wellbeing Action Group, and participative in wellbeing forums across north west London. She attends committees and working groups within and outside the NHS, reviewing occupational health service provision and audit. Pam also provides expert advice upon request to other local employers involved in procurement of occupational health services. In addition, she is the Contract Manager for the externally provided Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Counselling service and the Occupational Physiotherapy Service.
Emma, oversees day to day delivery of all services, providing support and supervision to the entire team. Emma undertakes clinical and advisory work where necessary and oversees contract monitoring on a day to day basis. Following a career in neurological nursing, Emma commenced working in occupational health 14 years ago and joined CNWL in 2009. She consolidated her extensive experience by qualifying as a Specialist Community Occupational Health nurse. Emma became Service manager in 2016 and works closely with the Head of Service and the Clinical lead in maintaining clinical standards and occupational Health service provision attending committees and working groups as required.
Dr Mokhlis is the Lead Clinician overseeing clinical standards and governance for the CNWL Occupational Health Service. He is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP UK) and trained as a specialist consultant in occupational health (Member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine -MFOM UK). His areas of interest include employee health and wellbeing and the ageing worker.
