The latest NHS England National Oversight Framework (NOF) results show that CNWL has been ranked number 2 nationally for mental health and community trusts for the second quarter in a row - and CNWL secured the very top spot for trusts providing mental health services.

This ranking reflects the compassion, professionalism and relentless commitment you show every day to the people and communities we serve. Whether you work on the frontline, in support services, in our community teams or behind the scenes keeping our organisation running - this success belongs to all of you. 

I know how challenging the past few years have been across the NHS, and yet you continue to deliver care of the highest quality. You innovate, you collaborate and you support one another. Most importantly, you make a real difference to the lives of thousands of people who rely on us. 

Being recognised nationally in this way is not just a measure of performance; it is a testament to your dedication, your expertise and your heart. I am incredibly proud to work alongside you. Thank you for everything you do, every single day.
