CNWL is recruiting Employment Specialists to join our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Service in Milton Keynes – helping people experiencing mental health challenges take meaningful steps towards work, independence, and a brighter future.
As an Employment Specialist, you will work directly with individuals to understand their goals, build confidence, develop skills, and support them into real, lasting employment.
