CNWL appointed Amanda Rowlatt CBE to the role of Vice Chair of CNWL and Non-Executive Director yesterday at its Council of Governors meeting following an election process led by Tom Kibasi, Trust Chair together with Ketan Seth, Lead Governor; Phillip Perkins, Carer Governor; and Gloria Goldring, Service User Governor.
Amanda has an excellent track record in public service as a Chief Analyst (Senior Civil Service) which she left in July 2024. She has strong people leadership and strategic thinking skills and is passionate and knowledgeable about CNWL, where she served as a Non-Executive Director some years ago.
Two other NEDs were also appointed:
- Toby Srihiran-Brown, a successful global financial executive with a background in finance operational management, technology and audit. He has extensive Board level experience having worked across several global markets including the USA, Asia, Europe.
- Professor Deenan Pillay has extensive experience of the Healthcare sector and is a professor of virology with a background as both a practitioner and leader in healthcare. As a chair of Independent SAGE, Deenan is experienced in public engagement and communication. He has experience as a NED for UCL North Middlesex hospital and is actively engaged in NHS service delivery and the future shape of NHS services. His experience will be a valuable asset on matters such as Health inequalities and the delivery of high quality care.
