Last month, CNWL's IPC Team invited teams to take part in the Hand Hygiene Relay to mark Hand Hygiene day on 5 May. The relay baton inscribed with the slogan "Clean Hands: Save Lives," was taken to different teams at different sites where they asked staff to take part in activities and make a pledge to always make hand hygiene a top priority for patient safety.
