We're supporting Mental Health Awareness Week 2026, which takes place from 11–17 May. This year’s theme, Action, encourages people to take practical steps to support better mental health and wellbeing. Throughout the week, CNWL is encouraging colleagues, patients and communities to take positive actions — whether that’s checking in on others, seeking support, prioritising self-care or starting open conversations about mental health. The campaign highlights how small actions can make a meaningful difference in reducing stigma, improving wellbeing and creating supportive communities.
